About the role

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and guiding customers through the HubSpot platform setup, training, and initial campaign planning. Our customers vary in size and industry. We are looking for motivated team members who have strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, an interest in problem-solving, and the flexibility to help with a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a number of our customers to ensure a successful onboarding process to the HubSpot platform.
  • Engage customers through regular strategic calls to drive product adoption.
  • Complete the technical setup efficiently and in a timely manner to best meet specific customers' needs.
  • Train and educate customers on how to effectively utilise HubSpot tools.
  • Strategise and launch growth-oriented campaigns with your customers.
  • Establish, improve and scale our HubSpot platform onboarding process.

Skills and experience

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person who loves to interact with people, a person with:

  • A minimum of 2 years of advanced experience with HubSpot is essential.
  • Can manage simultaneous platform implementations for multiple clients.
  • Can deliver product training sessions via Zoom.
  • Can build advanced enterprise instances of the marketing, sales, services, CMS, and Operations solutions.
  • Can research, troubleshoot and solve complex platform issues.
  • Can effectively project manage and create organised plans that ensure customer success prior, during, and post-onboarding.
  • Genuine interest and eagerness to learn and always grow.
  • Advanced analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Commitment to self-development.
  • Desirable, to have HubSpot Certifications.
