About the Role
As a Senior Implementation Consultant for monday.com, you will play a crucial role in delivering and optimising monday.com implementations across the globe but focussing on the ANZ/APAC region. You will lead project planning, manage end-to-end execution, and provide expert technical guidance to ensure our clients achieve the maximum value from their monday.com platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for driving customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead the development and management of detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, and resource allocation for monday.com implementations across the region.
- Assign tasks and allocate resources to meet project goals efficiently while ensuring a seamless project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive communication with clients regarding status, blockers, and decisions.
- Ensure that all project timelines and deliverables align with client expectations and business objectives.
Client Relationship Management
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client requirements, workflows, and business goals.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective change management and successful platform adoption.
- Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional delivery, issue resolution, and strategic consulting.
Technical Expertise
- Serve as a subject matter expert in monday.com, with comprehensive knowledge of platform configuration, automation, integrations, and advanced use cases.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and collaborate with internal teams to solve complex implementation challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest monday.com features, partner applications, and best practices, ensuring clients benefit from cutting-edge solutions.
Financial Management
- Contribute to the development of scoped work estimates, timelines, and cost structures to support project profitability.
- Monitor project hours, scope, and budgets, identifying scope creep early and addressing potential risks to profitability.
Process Improvement
- Continuously recommend improvements to internal delivery methods, tools, and documentation to enhance efficiency.
- Champion best practices to ensure scalable and repeatable implementations across clients.
Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive and clear documentation, including process maps, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Support internal knowledge sharing through reusable assets such as playbooks and case studies.
Quality Assurance
- Apply quality control processes at key milestones to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Ensure all solutions align with best practices, platform guidelines, and compliance standards.
Training and Development
- Deliver training to clients to ensure successful platform adoption and long-term success.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide ongoing support to internal skill development initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing consulting, project delivery, or implementation roles.
- Proven expertise in monday.com, including building automations, dashboards, and custom workflows.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to client needs.
- Prior experience in SaaS implementation within a professional services environment is preferred.
- monday.com certifications are desirable but not essential.
